What does it mean to Lease a website?

Our main objective with our monthly website packages is to give our customers access to high quality web design at an affordable price. So, with "Leased" websites, they are the same as "Leasing" a home or vehicle, meaning that you won't actually "Own" the website it will just be leased from us, so if you would like to opt of or paying every month you won't be stuck with a large bill, it will just be turned off, no penalty.

What happens if I cancel my services?

Since our monthly website packages are considered a "Leased" website, if you quit paying for your services your website will be turned off. The site will be held as "inactive" on our servers for up to 6 months to allow you to reactive your services again. If after that 6 months has passed your website could be deleted from our servers, including all content, emails, files, images, etc.

What is the Basic Website Maintenance Service?

By default, all of our leasing packages come with our Basic Website Management/Maintenance services. This basic service include 5GB of Storage and 50GB of bandwidth, as well as 5 corporate email accounts and other file hosting and server support. Will I be able to update my site myself?

Yes, we utilize the Wordpress Platform or Content Management System (CMS) for your website. So, once the website is complete we will give you the logins for your website as well train you how to utilize the administrative part of the website so you can make proper changes and updates.

What does the "2 Year Update" mean?

Considering these websites are "Leased" and not owned by the customer, part of the package and service offering is that every two years (24 months) we will offer a complete revamp and redesign of the website for you, free of charge. This helps you to stay up to date with the latest technology changes and keeps your website fresh and clean for your customers.

Can customers use my site from a cell phone or tablet?

Yes, all of our eCommerce packages include a mobile-friendly and responsive site design ensuring an optimal viewing experience on a PC, Tablet and mobile device.
