No, we don't believe in contracts. All of our services are on a "month-to-month" basis allowing our customers to cancel anytime, but we promise, you won't want to!
Since our packages are on a "month-to-month" basis there is no penalty to cancel your services.
Yes, we just create these space requirements and partitions on our different servers, however, we are able to customize them and add more space and bandwidth and customize the package for you, that is no problem!
We ALWAYS provide server/hardware support included with our basic package. This basic support includes things such as having troubles with email, website goes down, server issues, and things of this nature.
Our monthly updates include things like adding content to the site, changing phone numbers, updating content, forms, updating graphics, and things of this nature. If you wish to have your website updated on a regular basis it is best to get the unlimited package so you can contact us anytime and we can handle all these request for you with no limit to how much updating you can get.
Updates are billed in a minimum increment of 10 minutes and are billed at a rate of $75 per hour.
Google Analytics and monitoring is included in some of our packages, if you are wanting to get in on your packages but don't want the rest of the features, let us know and we can customize it for you.
If you go over your limit, we normally just send you a excessive usage warning, letting you know that you have went over and you should upgrade your package. We will only impose overage fees/penalties if it becomes a persistent violation.
